PEACE OF MIND Since COVID-19 pandemic has "cancelled all of our lives", having gone through a full range of emotions, I found myself finding solace in a series of truly amazing meditation practice. Through visualisations of vision, sound, touch, smell, taste, i eventually reconnect THE BODY to NOW & HERE, to find a moment of peace in mind, to give ourselves a gentle hug and say:
